Logo Usage
The Aevum News logo combines a geometric "A" mark with a serif logotype. Maintain clear space, proper color contrast, and proportional scaling.

Print: 25mm width minimum.
Below these thresholds, use the standalone "A" mark.
Clear Space Rule
Maintain padding equal to the height of the "A" icon on all sides. Never place text or graphics within this boundary.

Type Scale & Spacing
Body text: 1rem (16px) base, 1.6 line height. Never exceed 75 characters per line for optimal readability. Use negative margins sparingly. Headings should have tight line-height (1.1–1.2) with 0.5–1rem bottom margins.
Imagery & Visual Style
Photography must reflect authenticity, diversity, and editorial gravity. Avoid stock clichés, heavy filters, or staged compositions.
Crop & Composition
- 16:9 for hero/article headers
- 4:3 or 1:1 for embedded media
- Always leave negative space for text overlays
Treatment Rules
- No duotone filters or heavy saturation
- Subtle vignette allowed (-5% brightness)
