1. Acceptance of Terms

Technical caching or bookmarking by standard web browsers

Commercial use, reproduction for redistribution, or modification of content without prior written consent from Aevum News is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct & Submissions

Violate applicable laws or regulations
Post defamatory, obscene, hateful, or fraudulent material
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Any content you submit to Aevum News ("User Content") grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for editorial and promotional purposes.

5. Account Security

Where the Platform requires registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to update such information to keep it current. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We encourage the use of strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Aevum News is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aevum News in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aevum News and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Aevum News reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
