Your Rights & Choices
1. Introduction
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate is committed to transparency, fairness, and accountability in how we handle your personal information. This document outlines the specific rights and choices you have regarding your data, how you can exercise them, and the legal frameworks that protect you globally.
Our operations span multiple jurisdictions, and we align our data practices with the highest applicable standards, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and other regional data protection regulations.
2. Your Data Subject Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including details on how it is processed, shared, and retained.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, or processing is unlawful.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data, particularly during disputes over accuracy or lawful grounds.
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your provided data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transfer it to another controller where technically feasible.
- Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests, direct marketing, or certain scientific/historical research purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Note: Certain rights may be subject to legal exemptions, such as data required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or active legal proceedings.
3. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a data subject request through any of the following verified channels:
- Online Portal: Use our encrypted Self-Service Privacy Dashboard at privacy.aevumzenth.com/requests
- Email: Submit to dpo@aevumzenth.com with subject line "Data Subject Request"

To protect your privacy, we may require reasonable verification of your identity before processing requests. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request, with possible extensions for complex cases as permitted by law.
All requests will be handled free of charge. Unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee or be declined per applicable regulations.
4. Automated Decision-Making & Profiling
Certain Aevum Zenth services utilize automated processing for risk assessment, fraud detection, personalized experiences, and operational optimization. You have the right to:
- Be informed when decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are based solely on automated processing
- Request human intervention or express your point of view
- Challenge automated decisions where legally applicable
We do not engage in automated decision-making for credit, employment, or healthcare eligibility without meaningful human review, except where explicitly required or authorized by law.
6. Do Not Track Signals
Currently, there is no universal legal standard for browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Aevum Zenth respects DNT headers where required by applicable law. We recommend using our Preference Center and browser privacy tools for comprehensive tracking controls.
7. Regional Legal Frameworks
Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights may apply:
European Economic Area & UK (GDPR / UK-GDPR)
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You also have rights regarding international data transfers and explicit consent requirements for sensitive data.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may request disclosure of categories of data collected, sources, business purposes, and third-party disclosures. You may also opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Brazil (LGPD)
Residents may exercise all data subject rights outlined above and submit complaints to ANPD (National Data Protection Authority).
Other Jurisdictions
We continuously monitor evolving privacy laws globally. Where local law grants additional rights, we will comply with those requirements.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and division. Upon expiration or upon valid deletion requests, data is securely erased or anonymized in accordance with industry standards.
Backup Systems: Deleted data may persist in offline backups for disaster recovery purposes. Such data will be purged according to backup lifecycle policies and will not be accessible for business operations.
