This document serves as the foundational reference for understanding the operational scope and semantic framework governing all Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("AZC") divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities. It ensures uniformity in terminology, clarifies jurisdictional boundaries, and establishes the context for all subsequent policy documents, operational protocols, and governance frameworks.

Note: All division heads, regional directors, and compliance officers must review this document quarterly. Deviations from defined terms or scope boundaries require formal exemption approval via the Neo-Geneva Governance Board.

Definitions & Glossary

The following terms and definitions are standardized for use across all Aevum Zenth documentation, communications, and operational protocols.

Aevum Zenth Core (AZC) AZC

The parent holding entity and central governance body of the Aevum Zenth Conglomerate. AZC retains ultimate authority over strategic direction, capital allocation, and cross-divisional coordination. Headquartered in Zenth Tower, Neo Geneva.
