At Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, we believe that digital innovation must be inclusive. As a multidivisional enterprise operating across 400 subsidiaries and 62 countries, we are committed to ensuring that all digital products, services, and platforms are accessible to people of all abilities.
This accessibility statement applies to the Aevum Zenth corporate website and all divisional digital properties, including but not limited to investor portals, client dashboards, employee resources, and public-facing applications.
All Aevum Zenth subsidiaries are required to adhere to our Global Digital Accessibility Standard (GDAS), which mandates WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance for all new digital products and progressive remediation of legacy systems.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The Aevum Zenth corporate website is mostly compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Non-compliant pages are identified below.

Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions ensure compatibility with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Content remains readable and functional when text is resized up to 200% without loss of information.
🎨 Color & Contrast
All text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios. Information is not conveyed by color alone.
⏱️ Timing Controls
Time-based content can be paused, stopped, or hidden. Auto-advancing content can be controlled.
📱 Responsive Design
Interfaces adapt to various viewport sizes and support touch targets of minimum 44x44 CSS pixels.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our digital platforms are regularly tested with the following assistive technologies:

We maintain an Accessibility Testing Lab where new features are validated against these tools before deployment.
Known Accessibility Issues
In spite of our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Aevum Zenth website, there may be some limitations. Below is an overview of the known issues.
Certain historical documents and PDFs published prior to 2022 may lack proper tags and reading order. These are being remediated on a quarterly basis. Please contact us if you require an accessible alternative format.
Some interactive data visualization widgets provided by third-party partners may not be fully keyboard accessible. We are working with these vendors to implement WCAG-compliant alternatives.
While all new video content includes accurate captions and transcripts, some archival video content from our Media & Entertainment division may have auto-generated captions with limited accuracy. Manual review is ongoing.

Measures Taken & Remediation Process
Aevum Zenth employs a comprehensive approach to accessibility remediation and continuous improvement:

- Manual Audits: Quarterly manual audits by certified accessibility specialists (CPACC, WAS).
- User Testing: Biannual testing sessions with users who rely on assistive technologies.
- Training: Mandatory accessibility training for all developers, designers, and content authors across all 400 subsidiaries.
- Vendor Management: Accessibility requirements are contractually mandated for all third-party software and content providers.
When accessibility issues are identified, they are prioritized based on severity and user impact. Critical barriers to access are resolved within 5 business days, while lower-priority issues are addressed within our next development sprint cycle.
