Vendor Qualification Process

Every third-party relationship must pass through our standardized onboarding pipeline. This ensures consistent evaluation and risk mitigation before contractual engagement.

1. Initial Screening & Classification

Vendor submits baseline information via the Aevum Zenth Vendor Portal. Our compliance engine assigns a risk tier (Low, Medium, High, Critical) based on service type, data handling, and operational scope.

2. Document Verification & Background Check

Submission of legal registration, financial statements, insurance certificates, compliance attestations, and beneficial ownership disclosures. Enhanced due diligence applies to high-risk jurisdictions.

3. Security & Compliance Assessment

Technical evaluation of cybersecurity posture, data privacy controls, physical security, and regulatory certifications. Third-party audits may be commissioned for critical vendors.

4. Contractual Alignment & Approval

Standard vendor agreement execution incorporating Aevum Zenth's Code of Conduct, data processing addendums, right-to-audit clauses, and termination triggers for compliance breaches.

5. Onboarding & Ongoing Review

Vendor gains restricted portal access, receives compliance training modules, and enters continuous monitoring cycle with annual recertification requirements.
