HSE Philosophy & Governance
At Aevum Zenth, HSE is not a department—it is our foundational operating principle. Every executive decision, capital allocation, and engineering specification begins with three questions: Is it safe? Is it healthy? Is it sustainable? Our governance model integrates HSE directly into the Board of Directors, with independent oversight from the Chief Sustainability Officer and a dedicated HSE Audit Committee.
We operate under a "Stop Work Authority" protocol globally. Any employee, contractor, or stakeholder has the unconditional right and obligation to halt operations if conditions compromise safety, health, or environmental integrity. This culture is reinforced through mandatory leadership training, transparent incident reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 41001.
