Your Rights & Choices

Last Updated: November 15, 2026 | Applicable Globally

At Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, transparency and individual agency are foundational to our global operations. Across our 400+ subsidiaries, 62 countries, and 47 industry verticals, we process personal data strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This page details the rights available to you, how to exercise them, and the commitments we make to safeguard your choices.

Note: Rights availability may vary depending on your jurisdiction, the specific Aevum Zenth division interacting with you, and the legal basis for processing. Where local law provides broader protections than stated here, the stricter standard applies.

Core Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and the nature of your relationship with Aevum Zenth, you may be entitled to the following rights:

Access & Portability

Request a copy of your personal data we hold, in a structured, machine-readable format, including data sources, retention periods, and sharing recipients.

Rectification

Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal information across our integrated systems.

Erasure

Request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, or processing is unlawful (subject to legal retention obligations).

Restriction & Objection

Request suspension of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests, direct marketing, or scientific/historical research.

Automated Decision-Making

Request human intervention, express your point of view, or challenge decisions made solely by automated profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Withdraw Consent

Revoke previously given consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

California & US State-Specific Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA grants additional protections. Similar frameworks exist in Colorado, Virginia, Utah, Connecticut, and other participating states.

  • Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You may direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties or cross-context advertisers.
  • Limit Use of Sensitive Data: Request that we limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is strictly necessary.
  • Know Before You Buy: Receive clear notice regarding data categories collected, purposes, and categories of third-party recipients.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not deny goods/services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service solely because you exercised your rights.

Exercise these rights via our Privacy Request Portal or by calling our toll-free number: 1-800-AEV-ZENTH.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submitting a request is straightforward. Choose the method most convenient for you:

  • Online Portal: Log in to your account settings or visit our centralized Data Rights Portal. Requests are processed within minutes for authenticated users.
  • Email: Send a detailed request to privacy.requests@aevumzenth.com with subject line RIGHTS_REQUEST.

Division-Specific Handling: While Aevum Zenth maintains a unified compliance framework, certain highly regulated divisions (e.g., Healthcare Sciences, Capital Group, Aerospace & Defense) may require additional documentation to fulfill requests due to industry-specific mandates.

Identity Verification & Response Timelines

To protect your information, we verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Depending on your jurisdiction, this may include:

  • Government-issued ID verification (redacted copies accepted)
  • Multi-factor authentication via existing account credentials
  • Notarized request forms for third-party agents

Response Windows:

  • Standard requests: 30 calendar days
  • Complex or voluminous requests: Up to 90 days (you will be notified of extensions and reasoning)
  • Urgent safety or fraud-related requests: Expedited within 5 business days

We do not charge fees for exercising your rights, except in cases of manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests, where a reasonable administrative fee may apply in compliance with local law.

Appeals & Regulatory Complaints

If you believe your request was mishandled, denied improperly, or if our response is unsatisfactory, you may:

  1. Submit an internal appeal through our Appeals Workflow within 14 days of our response. Our independent Compliance Review Board will re-evaluate your case.
  2. Contact the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. You have the right to lodge a complaint without fear of retaliation.
