Important Notice: This Limitation of Liability policy governs your interaction with Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, its subsidiaries, affiliates, platforms, and services. By accessing or using any Aevum Zenth offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to all individuals, entities, businesses, and third parties that access, utilize, or derive services from any division, subsidiary, digital platform, physical facility, or contracted operation under the Aevum Zenth Conglomerate umbrella. It governs both direct and indirect interactions across our global operational network.

  3. Transmission of viruses, malware, or corrupted data through networked systems

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aevum Zenth for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $1,000 USD if no fee was charged.

This limitation of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Neo Geneva, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the international commercial courts designated in our master corporate charter.

If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
