  • Warranty & Remediation: Eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with contractual terms and consumer protection laws.
  • Complaint Resolution: Access to a structured escalation path for service disputes, with mandatory response within 5 business days.

5. Whistleblower Protections

Aevum Zenth maintains a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against individuals who report suspected misconduct, fraud, safety violations, or ethical breaches. Protected rights include:
