Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities across all digital properties, platforms, and subsidiaries. We strive to apply relevant accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
We recognize that accessibility is not a destination, but an ongoing commitment. As we expand across 47 industries and 62 countries, inclusive design remains a core principle embedded in our engineering, product development, and corporate governance practices.
Conformance & Standards
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) defines WCAG as the international standard for web accessibility. Our digital properties aim to conform to the following levels:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA: All public-facing websites, investor portals, and internal career platforms
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA: Legacy systems and third-party integrated services (transitioning to 2.2)
- Section 508 / 1411.2: U.S. government and enterprise-facing platforms
- EN 301 549: European Union regional sites and services
Where we fall short of full conformance, we are actively implementing remediation plans with defined timelines.
Measures We Take
Aevum Zenth integrates accessibility into every phase of the digital lifecycle:
- Automated & Manual Testing: All major releases undergo automated scanning (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard/screen reader validation.
- Design System Standards: Our enterprise design system enforces minimum contrast ratios, scalable typography, and semantic markup by default.
- Developer Training: Mandatory accessibility certification for all engineering, UX, and content teams across subsidiaries.
- Third-Party Audits: Annual independent assessments by certified accessibility consultants.
- Content Governance: Strict editorial guidelines for media, documents, and data visualizations to ensure screen reader compatibility and alternative text requirements.
Known Limitations
Please note: Due to the scale and legacy nature of certain integrated platforms, a small subset of older documents, third-party widgets, or archive pages may not yet fully meet current standards. We are prioritizing remediation based on impact and usage frequency.
- PDF documents published before 2022 may lack full reflow capabilities or tagged structures.
- Some embedded third-party financial data feeds or legacy HR portals are undergoing accessibility migrations.
- Real-time video streaming features are expanding closed captioning and audio description support across regional hubs.
