01 Introduction & Scope
Welcome to the digital ecosystem of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Aevum Zenth", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, platforms, and digital interfaces (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Aevum Zenth and its subsidiary entities.
Aevum Zenth operates as a multidivisional enterprise spanning 400+ subsidiaries across energy, technology, aerospace, healthcare, finance, and other sectors. By accessing any Service, you acknowledge that these Terms apply globally and bind you to the legal framework established herein.
This document represents the legal terms active between November 15, 2025, and January 10, 2026. It has been archived and replaced by Version 4.3.0 to reflect organizational restructuring and regulatory updates in the Neo Geneva jurisdiction.
02 Definitions
- "Division" refers to a major operational sector within Aevum Zenth (e.g., Energy, Aerospace, Digital Systems).
- "Subsidiary" refers to a legally distinct entity owned or controlled by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or utilizing the Services.
- "Service Data" includes all information, content, and metadata generated or transmitted via our platforms.
03 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing APIs, purchasing products, or utilizing any digital interface operated by Aevum Zenth, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension of services, legal action, or both.
04 Divisional Services & Sub-Terms
Certain Divisions may require additional agreements due to regulatory or operational complexities. These Division-Specific Terms supplement these general Terms.
Conflicts between these Terms and Division-Specific Terms shall be resolved in favor of the specific terms where explicitly stated.
05 Data & Privacy
Aevum Zenth is committed to protecting User data. Our data practices are governed by the Global Privacy Charter v3.1, which integrates GDPR, CCPA, Neo Geneva Data Act, and other regional frameworks.
You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, but grant Aevum Zenth a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process such content as necessary to provide and improve Services.
06 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, algorithms, models, and proprietary technologies displayed or hosted on Aevum Zenth Services are the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth, its directors, officers, subsidiaries, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
08 Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Neo Geneva International Arbitration Center. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and governed by Swiss substantive law.
Class actions are waived unless explicitly permitted by Division-Specific Terms.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Neo Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10 Amendments & Archive
Aevum Zenth reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
