All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software architecture, proprietary algorithms, documentation, and design elements hosted on or transmitted through the Services are the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your license rights will cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via platform notice, email, or prominent banner. Continued use following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
