Vendor Requirements
⚠️ Mandatory Compliance: All prospective vendors must complete the Aevum Zenth Vendor Risk Assessment (Form VRA-09) prior to contract execution. Failure to submit certified safety, insurance, and financial documentation will result in automatic disqualification from the supplier registry.
This handbook outlines the operational, legal, and technical expectations for all tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers across our 400+ subsidiaries. Partners are expected to maintain active compliance with all stated protocols and submit to unannounced third-party audits as stipulated in Section 3.4.
