Early Career Leadership Pipeline Cross-Functional Global Mobility

What is Aevum Zenth’s rotational program?

Aevum Zenth’s rotational programs are structured early-career tracks designed to develop high-potential talent across our 400+ subsidiaries. Participants rotate through 3–4 distinct assignments over 18–24 months, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, operations, technology, and leadership within different divisions. The program culminates in a permanent placement aligned with the participant’s expertise and business needs.

Who is eligible to apply?

We seek recent graduates and professionals with 0–2 years of experience across three primary tracks:
  • Graduate Rotation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduated within the last 12 months
  • Early Career Accelerator: 1–2 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
  • Technical Specialist Rotation: Advanced degrees in engineering, data science, biotech, or finance
Candidates must demonstrate cross-functional curiosity, adaptability, and a track record of leadership in academic or professional settings.

Which divisions and regions are included?

Rotations span all core conglomerate pillars, including Energy & Power, Digital Systems, Aerospace & Defense, Health Sciences, Capital Group, and Infrastructure. Regional availability varies by cycle, with active hubs in Neo Geneva (HQ), New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore, and Dubai. Cross-border rotations are encouraged and supported where visa and compliance requirements allow.

What is the application timeline?

Applications open annually in September and close in January. The selection process includes:
  • Phase 1: Online assessment (cognitive, situational judgment, and technical aptitude)
  • Phase 2: Virtual case study & group simulation
  • Phase 3: Finalist interviews with division leaders & HR business partners
  • Phase 4: Offer extensions & pre-boarding orientation
Program start dates are typically in April and October each year.

What compensation and benefits are provided?

Rotational participants receive competitive market-aligned salaries, annual performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement matching. Additional perks include:
  • Relocation assistance for inter-divisional or international moves
  • Professional development stipend ($4,000/year)
  • Mentorship from Senior Vice Presidents and Board Advisors
  • Access to Zenth Digital Learning Platform & executive coaching

How are rotations structured?

Each rotation lasts 5–6 months and follows a standardized framework:
  • Onboarding: Division immersion, stakeholder mapping, and goal setting
  • Execution: Ownership of a strategic project or operational initiative
  • Review: Mid-rotation check-in and final presentation to division leadership
Participants maintain a personal development plan (PDP) updated quarterly with their program manager and assigned mentor.

What happens after the program ends?

92% of rotational participants transition into permanent roles within Aevum Zenth. Final placement is determined through a collaborative process involving the participant, program leadership, and division heads. Roles typically include Business Analyst, Strategy Associate, Project Lead, or Specialist positions. Continued access to internal mobility platforms and leadership academies is guaranteed.

Can I request specific divisions or locations?

Applicants may indicate preferences during the application and interview phases. While we strongly encourage cross-divisional exposure to build a holistic business perspective, we actively work to align rotations with candidate interests where capacity allows. Final rotation assignments are confirmed 8 weeks before program commencement.

Is visa sponsorship available for international candidates?

Yes. Aevum Zenth sponsors work visas for eligible rotational candidates in regions where program capacity exists. Visa processing typically begins after the offer stage and may require additional documentation. Our Global Talent Mobility team provides dedicated support throughout the immigration process. Note that certain divisions with government contracting requirements may have citizenship or residency restrictions.
