From Concept to Commercialization

1
Propose
Submit a technical brief, team credentials, and preliminary roadmap. All submissions undergo NDA-protected review by division leads.
2
Evaluate
Cross-functional review panels assess feasibility, IP alignment, scalability, and strategic fit. Shortlisted teams receive technical feedback.
3
Prototype
Secure funding and lab access. Work alongside Aevum Zenth engineers to refine your solution through rigorous stress testing.
4
Scale
Top solutions fast-track into production, receive supply chain integration, or transition to joint ventures with clear IP frameworks.

Submission Requirements

  • Technical proposal (max 15 pages) covering architecture, methodology, and risk mitigation
  • Team roster with verifiable domain expertise and past deliverables
  • Budget breakdown and 12-month development timeline
  • IP declaration outlining prior art, patents, and licensing preferences
  • Prototype demo or simulation dataset (optional but strongly recommended)

Eligibility & Terms

  • Open to startups, research institutes, academic labs, and independent engineers
  • Winners retain core IP; Aevum Zenth receives commercialization rights per division track
  • Non-dilutive grants available; equity options structured through term sheet templates
  • All participants bound by mutual confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements
  • Diversity, sustainability, and open-source alignment weighted in scoring rubric

Process & Policy

Yes. You may submit distinct proposals to up to three tracks. However, core IP cannot be duplicated across submissions. Cross-divisional integrations are highly encouraged.
You retain ownership of foundational IP. Aevum Zenth receives a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license for internal commercialization. Full term sheets are provided during the evaluation phase with legal support.
Absolutely. Our program is global. Funding disbursement complies with international export controls and sanctions screening. Regional compliance officers are assigned to each funded team.
All reviewers receive a structured feedback report. High-potential but immature proposals may be fast-tracked to our incubator pipeline or invited to apply in the next quarterly cycle.
