Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate is dedicated to providing an inclusive, accessible digital experience for all individuals, regardless of ability or disability. We recognize that digital access is a fundamental component of equal opportunity, and we are committed to ensuring that our websites, applications, and digital services are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
As a multidivisional enterprise operating across energy, technology, aerospace, healthcare, finance, and dozens of other sectors, we integrate accessibility standards into every stage of our design, development, and procurement processes.
Standards & Compliance
Aevum Zenth aligns its digital accessibility practices with internationally recognized standards and legal requirements, including:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States)
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) Directive (EU) 2019/882
- EN 301 549 Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services
We continuously monitor regulatory developments and update our compliance framework accordingly.
How We Ensure Accessibility
Our digital teams employ a comprehensive set of technical, procedural, and human-centered practices to maintain accessibility across all Aevum Zenth platforms:
- Semantic Markup: Proper use of HTML5 landmarks, headings, lists, and ARIA attributes where native HTML is insufficient.
- Keyboard Navigation: Full operability via keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators and logical tab order.
- Screen Reader Optimization: Live region updates, descriptive alt text, meaningful link text, and proper form labeling.
- Color & Contrast: Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text/UI components, with no reliance on color alone to convey information.
- Responsive & Resizable Text: Layouts that adapt to various viewports and support text scaling up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Media Accessibility: Captions for videos, transcripts for audio content, and descriptive audio tracks where applicable.
- Testing & Audits: Automated testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines, complemented by quarterly manual audits and user testing with assistive technology.
Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvements
While we strive for full compliance, certain areas may present temporary limitations as we migrate legacy systems and integrate third-party solutions. These include:
- PDF documents and archived materials published prior to 2024 may not yet meet current accessibility standards. We are progressively remediation historical content.
- Third-party vendor portals and embedded services may have accessibility gaps outside our direct control. We require all technology partners to adhere to our accessibility procurement policy and report issues directly to the vendor.
- Certain interactive data visualizations and real-time operational dashboards are undergoing redesign to improve screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checkpoint. Our roadmap prioritizes remediation based on user impact and regulatory requirements.
Feedback & Reporting Accessibility Issues
We actively encourage users, stakeholders, and partners to report accessibility barriers or suggest improvements. Your feedback directly informs our remediation priorities and product development.
Report an Issue or Provide Feedback
When reporting an issue, please include the URL, a description of the barrier, the assistive technology used (if applicable), and steps to reproduce the issue. If you require a specific format or alternative version of content, our team will work with you to provide it.
Legal & Governance
This statement applies to all digital properties owned and operated by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, including divisional websites, customer portals, investor relations platforms, and public-facing APIs.
