1. Acceptance of Terms

• "Services" encompasses all digital interfaces, APIs, enterprise portals, e-commerce platforms, investor relations systems, and third-party integrations hosted or operated under the Aevum Zenth brand.
• "Content" includes all text, data, software, graphics, media, trademarks, and proprietary materials accessible through the Services.

3. User Accounts & Registration

Certain features of the Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain accuracy. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit suspicious activity, or fail to maintain valid authentication methods. Multi-factor authentication may be required for access to enterprise, financial, or restricted divisional portals.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content, including but not limited to software code, branding, trademarks, patents, proprietary algorithms, research data, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Content is strictly prohibited.

Grants of limited license are provided solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Services as intended. No transfer of ownership or implied rights are conveyed by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not, under any circumstances:

• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit security measures, authentication protocols, or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or aggregate data from our Services without explicit written authorization
• Introduce malware, ransomware, or malicious code into our systems or networks
• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Impersonate Aevum Zenth employees, divisions, or authorized representatives
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components provided through the Services

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access, civil litigation, and/or criminal referral to appropriate authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aevum Zenth does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our platforms, particularly across our multidivisional infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth and its subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial losses.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of applicable laws and regulations.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Geneva, Switzerland. Nothing herein limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

10. Amendments to Terms

Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent posting on our legal portal. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
