Aevum Zenth Conglomerate Acquires Nexus Interactive to Accelerate Immersive Technology & Interactive Entertainment Portfolio

Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, a multidivisional enterprise operating across 400+ subsidiaries worldwide, today announced the successful acquisition of Nexus Interactive, a pioneering developer of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and real-time interactive entertainment platforms.

The acquisition, approved unanimously by the Aevum Zenth Board of Directors, positions the conglomerate to significantly expand its footprint in next-generation immersive technologies. Nexus Interactive will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Zenth Media Group and Aevum Robotics Labs divisions, leveraging cross-divisional R&D pipelines to accelerate product commercialization.

Nexus Interactive, founded in 2018, has established itself as a leader in low-latency spatial computing, enterprise simulation training, and consumer-grade mixed reality experiences. The company’s proprietary rendering engine, NexusCore™, powers interactive deployments across logistics, healthcare simulation, and premium entertainment venues across North America and Europe.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nexus Interactive will retain its San Francisco headquarters and current executive leadership, while integrating with Aevum Zenth’s global innovation network. The company will receive immediate access to Aevum Capital Group’s infrastructure funding, Zenth Digital Systems’ cloud compute capacity, and a dedicated cross-functional engineering task force to scale production pipelines.

Strategic Integration & Next Steps

Integration will proceed in three phases over the next 18 months:

Phase I (Q1 2026): Technical infrastructure migration to Zenth Cloud, alignment of enterprise clients with Aevum Global Logistics and Health Sciences divisions, and initial funding allocation for NexusCore™ v4.0 development.

Phase II (Q3 2026): Cross-divisional pilot deployments, including VR safety training for construction megaprojects, AR diagnostic overlays for medical devices, and mixed reality entertainment partnerships with Zenth Media Group.

Phase III (Q4 2026): Full product commercialization, consumer hardware collaboration with Aevum Robotics Labs, and international expansion into APAC and EMEA markets.

Aevum Zenth declined to disclose the financial terms of the transaction, confirming only that it falls within the conglomerate’s standard strategic acquisition parameters. All Nexus Interactive employee equity positions will be honored according to pre-agreed vesting schedules, and a retention bonus structure has been implemented for key engineering and design personnel.
