Frequently Asked Questions
Technical evaluation typically takes 14–21 business days. Financial and compliance review follows within 7–10 days. Final award notifications are issued within 30 calendar days of the submission deadline.
Yes. Consortium bids must designate a single lead entity responsible for all communications, contract signing, and performance guarantees. A JV agreement must be attached to the submission.
Post-deadline amendments are strictly prohibited. Clarification requests must be submitted via the portal at least 5 business days before the closing date. Responses will be anonymized and shared with all vendors.
Non-compliant submissions are automatically disqualified during the initial screening phase. Vendors receive a notification detailing the specific compliance gaps and may reapply for future solicitations after remediation.
