Service Level Agreement

📅 Effective: January 1, 2026 🔄 Version: 4.2.1 🏢 Aevum Zenth Conglomerate

1. Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the performance standards, availability guarantees, and operational responsibilities governing the relationship between Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Provider") and its authorized clients, partners, or subsidiary entities ("Client").

Aevum Zenth operates across 400+ divisions spanning energy, technology, aerospace, healthcare, financial services, and industrial infrastructure. This document establishes baseline guarantees applicable across all multidivisional services unless explicitly overridden by a division-specific addendum.

📌 Key Commitment

All services provided under this SLA are monitored 24/7/365 through our Global Operations Command Center. Uptime, response, and resolution metrics are audited quarterly and reported transparently to all stakeholders.

2. Scope of Services

This SLA applies to the following core service categories:

  • Digital Infrastructure: Cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS, API gateways, and data centers
  • Operational Networks: Logistics tracking, supply chain telemetry, and IoT monitoring
  • Healthcare & Life Sciences: Telemedicine platforms, clinical data pipelines, and device telemetry
  • Energy & Utilities: Smart grid management, SCADA interfaces, and renewable asset monitoring
  • Financial Systems: Payment rails, clearing networks, and compliance dashboards

Services outside this scope require a separate Statement of Work (SOW) with customized metrics.

3. Service Levels & Metrics

Aevum Zenth guarantees the following performance thresholds based on incident severity classification:

Severity Definition Response Time Resolution Target Uptime Guarantee
P1 Critical Complete service outage, data breach, or life-safety impact ≤ 15 minutes ≤ 2 hours 99.99%
P2 High Major degradation, core feature failure, regional impact ≤ 1 hour ≤ 8 hours 99.95%
P3 Medium Partial functionality loss, workaround available ≤ 4 hours ≤ 24 hours 99.9%
P4 Low Cosmetic issues, minor bugs, non-critical requests ≤ 24 hours Next business cycle 99.5%

Uptime is calculated monthly as (Total Minutes − Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes × 100. Scheduled maintenance windows (pre-approved with ≥72h notice) are excluded from downtime calculations.
