Application Process

Our streamlined workflow respects your academic schedule. From application to offer takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

01. Submit Application

Create a profile in the Student Portal, upload transcripts, resume, and a 500-word statement of purpose. Rolling review begins immediately.

02. Technical & Case Assessment

Complete a division-specific take-home exercise (48-hour window). Evaluates problem-solving, domain knowledge, and communication.

03. Virtual Interviews

Two rounds: a competency interview with a program lead, and a cross-functional panel discussing your project approach.

04. Offer & Onboarding

Receive your placement, compensation details, housing stipend (if applicable), and begin virtual orientation two weeks before start date.

Who is eligible to apply?
Undergraduates in their junior/senior year, current graduate students, and graduates within the last 12 months. International students on F-1/J-1 visas are welcome; we provide full CPT/OPT and visa sponsorship support.
Can I apply to multiple tracks?
Yes. You may rank up to three tracks during application. Final placement is determined by program fit, team needs, and your interview performance.
Is the program fully paid?
All tracks are compensated. Engineering, Finance, and Technology roles receive competitive hourly wages ($28-$45/hr depending on level and location). Research roles include a fixed stipend plus lab access and publication bonuses.
What happens after the program ends?
You'll present your capstone project to division leadership. High performers receive full-time offers. Alumni gain lifetime access to the Aevum Zenth Talent Network, alumni discounts, and priority consideration for future promotions.
Are remote options available?
Yes. Digital Systems, Capital Analyst, and select Research tracks offer fully remote placements. On-site tracks require a minimum of 3 days/week in designated hubs (Neo Geneva, New York, London, Tokyo, Dubai).
