This Workplace Conduct & Ethics Policy establishes the fundamental standards of behavior expected of every individual within the Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ecosystem. It applies universally to all employees, executives, contractors, consultants, interns, and affiliated subsidiary personnel across all 62 operational countries.

3. Zero Tolerance Areas
Aevum Zenth maintains absolute zero tolerance for the following violations. Any substantiated breach may result in immediate termination, civil litigation, and/or criminal referral:
- Harassment & Discrimination: Any form of verbal, physical, digital, or systemic harassment based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or nationality.
- Fraud & Financial Misconduct: Embezzlement, falsification of records, tax evasion, or manipulation of financial statements across any subsidiary.
- Safety Violations: Willful disregard of occupational health and safety protocols, especially within Energy, Aerospace, and Manufacturing divisions.
- Bribery & Corruption: Offering, accepting, or soliciting improper payments to influence business outcomes, including violations of the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
- Intellectual Property Theft: Unauthorized extraction, sale, or sharing of proprietary data, trade secrets, or research findings.
- Conflict of Interest: Undisclosed external business relationships, investments, or employment that compromise judgment or company interests.
Strict Enforcement: Managers and executives are held to heightened standards. Failure to report known violations or retaliating against reporters constitutes immediate gross misconduct.
4. Reporting & Investigation Process
Aevum Zenth operates a multi-channel, confidential reporting infrastructure to ensure ethical concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.

- Global Ethics Hotline: Available 24/7 in 30+ languages via phone, web portal, and mobile app.
- Compliance Portal: Encrypted submission through the internal "ZenthGuard" platform.
- Legal & Ethics Office: Direct access for executives and board members.
Investigation Standards
All reports are triaged within 48 hours by the Office of Compliance. Investigations are conducted by independent internal audit teams or third-party legal counsel, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and thorough documentation. Findings are reported to the Executive Ethics Committee within 30 days of case initiation.
5. Whistleblower Protection & Non-Retaliation
Aevum Zenth unequivocally prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports suspected misconduct in good faith. Protected actions include:
- Filing complaints or providing evidence through official channels
- Participating in investigations, audits, or hearings
- Cooperating with regulatory or law enforcement inquiries
Retaliation is strictly forbidden. Any act of demotion, termination, harassment, schedule manipulation, or exclusion directed at a reporter will result in severe disciplinary action, up to and including immediate dismissal and legal prosecution.
6. Compliance & Disciplinary Actions
Adherence to this policy is mandatory. The conglomerate maintains a structured disciplinary framework proportional to the severity and frequency of violations:
- Verbal/Written Warning: Minor, first-time infractions with corrective action plans.
- Performance Improvement Plan (PIP): Documented monitoring period with clear milestones.
- Suspension: Paid or unpaid administrative leave pending investigation or as disciplinary measure.
- Termination: Immediate dismissal for gross misconduct or repeated failures to comply.
- Legal Referral: Civil or criminal prosecution where statutory or contractual breaches occur.
Annual mandatory ethics training, code acknowledgment, and division-specific compliance modules are required for all personnel. Failure to complete mandatory training may result in payroll suspension until compliance is achieved.
