A 12-month intensive program designed for exceptional researchers, engineers, and physicists to pioneer breakthroughs in quantum computing, communications, and sensing alongside our world-class R&D teams.
Choose your path. Each fellowship is anchored in a dedicated track with dedicated infrastructure, mentorship, and industry alignment.
Design fault-tolerant architectures, optimize qubit coherence, and develop novel quantum algorithms for commercial workloads.
Advance QKD protocols, develop quantum-safe encryption standards, and build secure distributed quantum networks.
Push detection limits for gravitational, magnetic, and electromagnetic fields with ultra-precise quantum sensors.
Bridge machine learning and quantum processing. Develop hybrid classical-quantum models for optimization and discovery.
A phased approach balancing deep research, cross-functional collaboration, and tangible deliverables.
Cold-room familiarization, safety protocols, baseline benchmarking, and project scoping with track leads.
Weeks 1–4Independent and paired research on your thesis topic. Weekly lab meetings, access to proprietary qubit arrays and simulation clusters.
Weeks 5–32Integrate findings with Aevum Energy, Defense, or Healthcare teams to explore real-world quantum applications.
Weeks 33–40Finalize experimental data, build functional prototypes or simulation frameworks, and draft peer-reviewed manuscripts.
Weeks 41–46Present results to executive leadership, external academic advisors, and potential commercial partners.
Week 48$85,000 annual compensation with quarterly performance bonuses and full health/dental/vision coverage.
Unrestricted access to dilution refrigerators, cleanroom fabrication suites, and high-performance GPU clusters.
Direct supervision by principal investigators and monthly seminars with industry-leading quantum physicists.
Dedicated editorial assistance, open-access fee coverage, and fast-track submission to partner journals.
Access to Aevum's academic consortium, invitation to quantum conferences, and alumni fellowship community.
Top-performing fellows receive fast-track offers for full-time Research Scientist or Engineering roles.
Submit your profile, research statement, and track preference via the Aevum portal.
Complete a take-home problem set or simulation challenge relevant to your chosen track.
Panel discussion with track leads covering methodology, collaboration, and lab safety.
