Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Login Page
Visit automotivediy.com/login or click "Sign In" from the top navigation bar.
Click "Forgot Password?"
Located directly below the password input field, this link will redirect you to the recovery page.
Enter Your Registered Email
Type the email address associated with your Automotive DIY account. Ensure there are no typos.
Check Your Inbox
You'll receive an email titled "Reset Your Automotive DIY Password" within 2 minutes. Check your spam/promotions folder if it doesn't appear.
Click the Secure Reset Link
Open the email and click the prominent reset button. This link is single-use and expires after 24 hours for security.
Create a New Password
Enter your new password twice to confirm. Meet these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter & one number
- Do not reuse your last 3 passwords
