Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +

Yes, but only if the order hasn't entered the "Processing" stage. Contact our support team immediately with your order ID to request an address update.

What if my package arrives damaged? +

Take photos of the packaging and damaged items, then email support@automotivediy.com within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? +

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted, but shipping times may extend up to 10-14 business days depending on military logistics.

Why is my tracking not updating? +

Carriers sometimes experience scan delays of 24-48 hours, especially during holidays or severe weather. If no update appears after 72 hours, contact us and we'll file an investigation.
