You may request a return within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

💡 Pro Tip: We recommend initiating your return within 14 days to avoid holiday processing delays.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not assembled, installed, or modified in any way
  • Includes all original accessories, manuals, and tags
⚠️ Safety Note: For liability and safety reasons, brake components, suspension parts, and safety-critical tools cannot be returned once installed or opened.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-ordered parts or engraved tools
  • Digital products (guides, software, OBD2 app subscriptions)
  • Opened personal care or chemical products (brake cleaner, lubricants, etc.)
  • Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged or missing parts due to misuse or improper storage

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Start your return process in just a few simple steps:

Email support or use our return portal with your order number.

Get Authorization

We'll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship It Back

Package securely, attach the RMA label, and drop off at any carrier.

Refund/Exchange

Once inspected, your refund or replacement ships immediately.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Funds return to your original payment method. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or compatible part, select "Exchange" during the return process. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item, or immediately if stock allows.

Damaged/Defective Items: If your tool or part arrived broken, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement at no cost.
