Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before walking through our doors.

Do I need experience to visit?
Not at all. We host complete beginners alongside seasoned wrenchers. Our guided classes and on-site staff ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Independent bays are best for those with basic mechanical knowledge.
Can I bring my own car to work on?
Yes! Bring your own vehicle, parts, and specialty tools. We provide standard hand tools, power tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment. Just check in at the front desk upon arrival.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days ahead, especially for weekend slots and guided classes. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but reservations guarantee your spot.
Is there parking and are you handicap accessible?
Yes. We have a free dedicated parking lot with EV charging stations, and our workshop floor, restrooms, and front desk are fully wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you need specific accommodations when booking.
