Usage Guidelines

Note: Unauthorized use of BookEase trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and dilution under applicable law. We reserve the right to enforce our rights through all available legal remedies.

Patents & Proprietary Technology

BookEase has developed proprietary scheduling algorithms, conflict-resolution engines, real-time availability matching systems, and booking optimization logic. Certain aspects of this technology are protected by issued patents, pending patent applications, and trade secret protections.

We continuously innovate our booking infrastructure to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Any unauthorized implementation, imitation, or commercial exploitation of our protected technologies may constitute patent infringement.

Patent Portfolio: A summary of issued and pending patents related to BookEase's scheduling and booking technology is available upon request through our Intellectual Property team.

BookEase utilizes certain open-source libraries and third-party components licensed under permissive and copyleft licenses (including MIT, Apache 2.0, and GPL variants where applicable). We comply with all attribution and licensing requirements. Full license notices and attribution information are maintained in our source repository and can be accessed via our Developer Portal.

We do not claim ownership over open-source materials and acknowledge the contributions of the broader developer community.
