9.1 General Rights & Scope

This Section 9 governs the termination, suspension, and cancellation of bookings, user accounts, and service access on the BookEase platform. Termination may be initiated by the User, the Service Provider, or BookEase under the conditions outlined herein. Termination does not waive any accrued rights, liabilities, or payment obligations existing prior to the effective termination date.

Important: Certain provisions of the Terms of Service, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution mechanisms, expressly survive termination as detailed in Section 9.7.

9.2 Booking Cancellation & No-Shows

9.2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

Users may cancel scheduled bookings via the BookEase interface. Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the cancellation policy selected at checkout and the specific Service Provider's terms, which must be displayed prior to confirmation.
