Continued use of CloudNexus services following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of these updates. Subscribers will receive advance notification of material changes via registered email and dashboard alerts.

Impact on Existing Subscriptions
- No Service Disruption: These updates do not affect provisioning, billing cycles, or active deployments.
- Data Residency: Customers utilizing cross-border transfer features will see updated consent prompts in the console by Nov 1, 2025.
- Compliance Reporting: SOC 2 and ISO audit reports will reflect the new retention and subprocessor parameters starting Q4 2025.
- Opt-Out Rights: Enterprise accounts may request legacy retention parameters via the compliance portal until March 31, 2026.
