📜 1. Service Agreement

In Therapy provides mental health counseling and therapeutic services facilitated by licensed professionals. By engaging with our services, you agree that this document outlines the terms of your therapeutic relationship. Services may be provided in-person or via secure telehealth platforms, depending on your chosen treatment plan.

🔒 2. Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions and communications are strictly confidential, in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Information will not be disclosed without your written consent, except in cases mandated by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm, abuse reporting, or court order). Your records are stored securely and accessible only to authorized care providers.

💻 3. Telehealth Informed Consent

If you participate in online therapy, you acknowledge that telehealth services carry inherent risks related to technology, including potential data interception, audio/video disruptions, or internet outages. You agree to participate in sessions from a private, secure location where you can speak freely without being overheard or recorded.

💳 4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments are due at the time of each session unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a session fee.
We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and most insurance plans. Verification of benefits is your responsibility prior to services.

⚖️ 5. Limitation of Liability & Emergency Disclaimer

Therapy is a collaborative process, and while our clinicians strive to provide the highest standard of care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. In Therapy is not responsible for unauthorized sharing of session information by clients, nor for technical failures outside our control.

🌐 6. Data & Platform Usage

Our booking, messaging, and video platforms comply with industry security standards. By using our digital tools, you agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

I acknowledge the Service Agreement terms I understand the nature of therapeutic services provided.

I understand the Confidentiality & Privacy policies I know my information is protected under applicable laws.

I consent to Telehealth terms (if applicable) I will use a private, secure location for virtual sessions.

I agree to the Payment & Cancellation policy I understand the 24-hour notice requirement and fee structure.

I acknowledge the Emergency Disclaimer I know to call 911 or 988 in a crisis, not use this platform.
