Billing FAQs
Common questions about payments, insurance, and receipts.
We verify insurance at intake, but it's recommended to confirm your behavioral health benefits, co-pay amount, and visit limits with your provider beforehand to avoid surprises.
Yes! Therapy sessions are fully eligible HSA/FSA expenses. We provide detailed superbills/receipts that list your diagnosis code and provider NPI for reimbursement.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the full session fee to honor our therapists' time.
Co-pays or co-insurance amounts are collected at the time of service. We submit claims directly to your insurance provider and handle any secondary billing automatically.
