Insurance & Billing
We accept most major PPO plans including Blue Cross, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Humana. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Self-pay rates range from $120-$180/session with sliding scale options available based on need.

Treatment length varies based on your goals. Some clients see meaningful change in 8-12 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. We review progress regularly and adjust accordingly.
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed entirely are subject to a full session fee to preserve your dedicated time.
Yes. Sessions are protected by HIPAA and state confidentiality laws. Exceptions exist only for imminent danger to self/others, suspected abuse of minors/elderly, or court orders.
Absolutely. Therapeutic fit is essential. If you feel the match isn't right, we will facilitate a warm transfer to another clinician on our team with no judgment or disruption to your care.
