Starter Plan FAQ
Can I upgrade to Pro or Elite later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. The proration difference will be charged immediately, and your new benefits activate instantly.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your membership will pause if payment fails. After 30 days, access is temporarily suspended. Reactivate anytime without losing your saved profile or class history.
Is the free fitness assessment mandatory?
It's optional but highly recommended. Our coaches will measure your baseline fitness, discuss your goals, and create a simple roadmap to maximize your first 90 days.
Can I cancel my Starter plan anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled before the next billing cycle with no penalties. Annual plans can be canceled with a prorated refund for the remaining months (minus a small processing fee).
