Acceptance of Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to NexusAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our artificial intelligence platform, APIs, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

"User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for, accesses, or uses the NexusAI Service. "AI Output" refers to any text, code, image, data, or prediction generated by NexusAI's models in response to User input. "Model" refers to the machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and proprietary AI architectures maintained by NexusAI.

3. Use of AI Services

You may use the Service for lawful commercial, educational, or personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying model weights or training data.
• Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent the origin of AI Output.
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints, causing disruption to other Users or our infrastructure.

NexusAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Input data submitted via the API or dashboard is encrypted in transit and at rest. NexusAI may temporarily process inputs to generate outputs but will not store or use your proprietary data to train core models unless explicitly opted into our enterprise data-sharing program. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

5. AI Output & Limitations

AI Output is generated probabilistically and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations. NexusAI provides the Service "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI Output for any specific purpose. Users are solely responsible for validating outputs, implementing safety guardrails, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws before deployment.

6. Intellectual Property

NexusAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Models, platform infrastructure, and underlying code. You retain ownership of your input data and any derivative works you create using AI Output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Updates to Terms

NexusAI may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days prior to effectiveness. Continued use following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
