What certifications will the SmartGrid Hub have?
The device will carry UL 1973, UL 9540A, CE, and FCC certifications before any units ship. We are currently in the final testing phase with Intertek.
Is professional installation required?
Yes. While the Hub itself is designed for easy mounting, electrical integration requires a licensed electrician. We include $150 installation credit for all backers.
What happens if the campaign fails to reach the goal?
All pledges will be fully refunded, and no charges will be processed. The funds are only secured once the campaign goal is met and the funding period closes.
How does the AI optimization work?
Our on-device processor analyzes 18 months of historical data, local weather APIs, and utility rate schedules to automatically charge/discharge cycles. It also predicts panel degradation and adjusts storage targets accordingly.
