Founded in 2013, SereneMind has grown from a small meditation studio to a comprehensive mental health platform serving over 50,000 individuals worldwide.

Our Story

SereneMind was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Our founder, Dr. Elena Vasquez, experienced firsthand the transformative power of mindfulness and therapy, and knew others needed this same opportunity.

What started as a small community meditation group has grown into a full-service mental health platform, combining evidence-based therapy with ancient mindfulness practices to create a holistic approach to healing.
