These Terms & Termination ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StarWave Entertainment, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, streaming platforms, live event services, production services, and any related entertainment products (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, subscribing to our services, or simply accessing any of our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3. Termination by User
3.1 Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your account or subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to premium or subscription-based content will cease immediately.
3.2 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are processed at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable local consumer protection laws.
4. Termination by StarWave Entertainment
StarWave Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms or any other agreement with the Company
- Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
- Failure to make required payments or maintain valid payment methods
- Discontinuation or modification of the Services
In the event of termination due to breach, we may also pursue legal remedies to recover damages resulting from such breach.
5. Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account or our Services:
- Your right to access or use the Services will immediately cease
- We may delete or anonymize your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law
- Any outstanding balances or fees owed to StarWave Entertainment will remain payable
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect
6. Intellectual Property & Post-Termination Obligations
All content, branding, logos, software, and materials provided by StarWave Entertainment remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Termination does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You must immediately cease using any confidential information, internal tools, or proprietary materials upon termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarWave Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use our Services, or from any termination of your account.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
