1. Editorial Code of Ethics
The Daily Pulse is committed to the highest standards of journalistic integrity. All content produced, published, or distributed by our organization must adhere to the following principles:
- Accuracy: All facts must be verified through multiple independent sources before publication. Corrections are published promptly when errors occur.
- Impartiality: Reporting must remain objective, free from political, corporate, or personal bias. Opinion pieces are clearly labeled and segregated from news reporting.
- Independence: Journalists must disclose any conflicts of interest. Editorial decisions are never influenced by advertisers, sponsors, or external stakeholders.
- Human Dignity: Coverage involving victims of crime, trauma, or vulnerable populations must prioritize sensitivity, consent, and privacy.
- Transparency: Methodologies, funding sources, and data collection practices are openly documented whenever applicable.
