Highly. The 11-week baseline assumes a medium-complexity build. We adjust scope, phases, and velocity during discovery based on your specific constraints and urgency.

Can we skip the architecture phase to save time?

We strongly advise against it. Rushing into development without a blueprint is the #1 cause of technical debt, scope creep, and missed deadlines. That 1 week saves you 4+ weeks later.

What happens if requirements change mid-project?

Change is expected. Our sprint-based approach accommodates pivots. We re-prioritize the backlog, adjust the roadmap transparently, and never lock you into obsolete specs.

Do you hand over everything after launch?

Absolutely. You receive full source control access, documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams. We also offer optional managed services if you prefer not to maintain in-house.
