You can change your plan at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data and configurations will be preserved.

Rate limits depend on your active plan. Starter plans allow 100 requests/minute, Professional allows 1,000/min, and Enterprise plans are custom-configured. You can monitor your usage and limits via the API Dashboard or by checking the X-RateLimit-Remaining header in responses.

Navigate to Settings → Data Management and click Export Workspace. We support CSV, JSON, and SQL formats. Large exports are processed asynchronously and a download link will be emailed to you within 5–10 minutes.

Response times vary by plan: Starter receives community support, Professional gets priority email support (≤4 hours), and Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager with 1-hour SLA for critical issues. You can submit a ticket using the form below.
