4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Breach of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and legal action.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. You retain all rights to your own data and content submitted to the Services, but you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Services.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no internet transmission is entirely secure. You are responsible for securing your own access credentials and configuring your account settings appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, #divisions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $500 if you are on a free tier.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or security concerns.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. You may request data export prior to account deletion, subject to processing time and applicable fees for enterprise contracts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least thirty (30) days before the effective date.

Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waivers do not apply to small claims proceedings.
