Corrections, Clarifications & Retractions

• Material Corrections: Errors affecting the core narrative, data, or attribution are amended with a clearly labeled correction notice at the top and bottom of the article.
• Retractions: Content found to be fundamentally inaccurate or unverifiable is retracted. A retraction notice replaces the original article, preserving the URL and archival integrity.
• Public Registry: All material corrections and retractions are logged in our publicly accessible Corrections Database for accountability.
