14. Changes to These Terms
Last Updated: October 24, 2025Aevum Zenth Conglomerate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication within this portal.
14.1 Notification Procedures
Where material changes are made to these Terms, Aevum Zenth will implement the following notification protocols:
- A prominent notice will be posted on the Aevum Zenth Legal Portal and relevant subsidiary platforms
- Account holders will receive a direct notification via registered email or platform dashboard alerts
- A dated revision history will be maintained within this document for transparency
🔹 Note: For enterprise partners, government entities, and institutional accounts, formal amendment notices may be issued via registered legal correspondence or API webhook notifications as specified in individual Master Service Agreements.
14.2 Continued Use & Acceptance
Your continued access to or use of Aevum Zenth services, platforms, subsidiaries, or digital assets following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the affected services and, where applicable, initiate termination procedures per your active contractual agreements.
14.3 Dispute Resolution & Governing Continuity
Updates to these Terms do not alter the governing law, arbitration clauses, or jurisdictional provisions previously agreed upon. All existing commitments, intellectual property licenses, data processing agreements, and liability frameworks remain in force unless explicitly superseded by written amendment signed by authorized Aevum Zenth legal representatives.
14.4 Archive & Historical Records
Previous versions of these Terms are maintained in Aevum Zenth's secure legal archive and may be requested via the contact channels below for compliance, audit, or regulatory review purposes.
