5. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform architecture, proprietary algorithms, branding, documentation, and underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its affiliated entities. User-generated Content submitted through the Services grants Aevum Zenth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and utilize such data strictly for service delivery and platform improvement.
Enterprise clients retain full ownership of their proprietary data, provided compliance with these Terms is maintained. Third-party integrations must adhere to applicable licensing frameworks.
6. Privacy & Data Practices
Aevum Zenth is committed to transparent data handling. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, processing, retention, and user rights. We employ enterprise-grade encryption, zero-trust architecture, and regional data residency options to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable cross-border data frameworks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, its subsidiaries, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Service interruptions, data loss, or infrastructure failures
- Third-party integrations or external dependencies
- Misuse or misconfiguration of enterprise tools
- Force majeure events, including geopolitical, environmental, or systemic technological disruptions
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination & Suspension

Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall cease, and provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, confidentiality, and dispute resolution shall survive indefinitely.
You may terminate your account at any time through platform settings or by contacting support. Enterprise contracts remain subject to respective SLA and renewal terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Swiss Arbitration Centre. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.
Class action waivers and jury trial waivers apply where legally permissible.
10. Changes to Terms
Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification, email, or updated documentation. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We encourage regular review.
