Information We Collect

Last Updated: January 15, 2026

At Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, transparency regarding data collection is a cornerstone of our operational ethics. Because our enterprise spans energy, technology, aerospace, healthcare, finance, and dozens of other sectors, the types of information we process vary by division and service context. This document outlines the categories of data we collect, the methods of collection, and the foundational purposes behind it.

1 Overview

We collect information only when it serves a legitimate business purpose, fulfills a contractual obligation, or responds to your explicit consent. Our data collection practices are governed by global privacy frameworks including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL, and sector-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, ISO 27001). All collection is documented in our Data Processing Registry and audited annually by the Office of the Chief Data Officer.

2 Personal Information

We collect identifying and personal data directly from individuals when they interact with our digital platforms, submit applications, purchase services, or engage with our subsidiaries. This includes:

  • Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, government-issued ID (where legally required for compliance or age verification).
  • Financial & Transactional: Payment methods, billing addresses, transaction history, credit references, and subscription preferences.
  • Employment & Contractor: Resumes, work authorization, tax forms, background checks, and professional qualifications (collected solely for HR and vendor management purposes).
  • Health & Biometric (Healthcare Division): Medical records, insurance details, consent forms, and anonymized research datasets processed under strict HIPAA/GDPR Health safeguards.

3 Technical & Usage Data

When you access our websites, applications, or IoT-enabled infrastructure, certain technical information is automatically logged for security, performance, and analytics:

Category Examples Retention Period
Device & Browser IP address, OS, browser type, screen resolution, unique device identifiers 12 months
Interaction Logs Page views, clickstream data, session duration, feature usage 6 months
Network & Security Authentication attempts, API calls, firewall logs, threat intelligence feeds 24 months (security compliance)
Location Data GPS coordinates (opt-in), Wi-Fi triangulation, regional service routing Deleted after session or 30 days
⚠️ Important Note on IP Addresses: IP addresses are treated as personal data under EU and Canadian privacy laws. We pseudonymize logs within 30 days unless required for fraud investigation or legal compliance.

4 Third-Party Sources

We may supplement our records with legally obtained data from trusted partners and public registries to enhance service accuracy and risk assessment:

  • Business Partners & Affiliates: Co-marketing partners, joint venture entities, and supply chain collaborators may share aggregated or consented user data.
  • Public Records & Open Data: Corporate registries, professional licensing boards, and academic publications.
  • Data Analytics Providers: Aggregated, anonymized datasets for market research and macroeconomic modeling (never containing directly identifiable individuals).
  • Government & Regulatory Bodies: Sanctions lists, KYC/AML databases, and environmental compliance registries.

We require all third-party suppliers to sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) compliant with ISO 27701 and relevant regional statutes.

5 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our digital properties use cookies, pixel tags, and local storage to ensure functionality and measure engagement. We categorize them as follows:

  • Strictly Necessary: Enable authentication, shopping carts, and security protocols. Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: Remember preferences (language, theme, accessibility settings).
  • Analytics: Aggregate usage patterns to optimize site performance and division-specific landing pages.
  • Advertising & Targeting: Used only on consumer-facing platforms with explicit opt-in consent. We do not sell personal data to third-party ad networks.

You may manage or withdraw consent at any time via the Privacy Dashboard or your browser settings.

6 Purposes of Collection

Information is processed strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Delivering, maintaining, and securing our products, platforms, and industrial services.
  • Verifying identity, preventing fraud, and enforcing contractual terms.
  • Complying with tax, financial reporting, and international trade regulations.
  • Conducting R&D, sustainability impact studies, and anonymized industry forecasting.
  • Communicating service updates, safety alerts, and opt-in promotional content.

7 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Rectification & Erasure: Update inaccuracies or request deletion where legally permissible.
  • Restriction & Objection: Limit processing for direct marketing or automated decision-making.
