Governance & Compliance Protocols
- All financial accounts must maintain dual-authorization thresholds for transactions exceeding \$500K, with automated escrow routing for cross-border transfers.
- Divisional subsidiaries are required to submit standardized balance sheets and cash-flow statements via the Zenth Financial Hub (ZFH) no later than the 10th business day of each month.
