03. Negotiation & Contracting
Terms, deliverables, SLAs, and IP clauses are finalized. Aevum Legal and Vendor Relations draft the master services agreement (MSA).
04. Award & Onboarding
Contract award notification, system access provisioning, kickoff meetings, and integration with project management workflows.

Compliance & Security Standards
Mandatory certifications and regulatory frameworks for all aerospace contractors.
All contractors handling controlled technical data must register with the U.S. Department of State. Deemed exports require prior authorization. Non-compliance results in immediate contract termination.
Quality management systems must meet aerospace-specific standards. Annual third-party audits are required. Corrective action reports (CARs) must be submitted within 14 days of issuance.
Contractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) must implement all 110 security requirements. SSP (System Security Plan) and POA&M documentation are mandatory during onboarding.
