# Testing & Validation Protocols

All aerospace components undergo multi-stage validation aligned with certification requirements. Testing is conducted in-house at the Neo Geneva Advanced Integration Facility and accredited third-party laboratories.

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS): Temperature cycling, vibration, humidity, and altitude simulation per MIL-STD-883 and RTCA/DO-160G.
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): Radiated and conducted emissions/immunity testing per DO-160 Section 20 and MIL-STD-461G.
Flight Software Validation: Maturity Level 1-5 assessment per DO-178C, including rigorous code coverage analysis and fault injection testing.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant inspection per AS5428 standards.

Authorized partners, regulatory bodies, and government contractors may request audit documentation through the secure vendor portal. All requests are processed within 5 business days.

Access Requirements: NDAs and ITAR/EAR compliance verification are mandatory for accessing defense-related certification records. Commercial requests require standard partnership agreements.
